We stayed from May 08-15 2019 and as with all our other stays at Grand Park Royal, is was fantastic. This was our 8th time staying here and we enjoy it better each time. The staff is absolutely wonderful and so helpful.I got a little sore throat this time and asked about a doctor I could go to and they called and had one come visit me on site (only cost $85) and the doctor was very professional. You just can't beat that, the staff makes you feel like you are family and would ask every day how I was feeling (felt great in two days after antibiotics). The food is excellent (I just don't understand some of the reviews complaining about the food!). The Italian and Caribbean restaurants are 5 Star quality to me. The Mexican restaurant is also very good but it seems to be not set up for the staff to easily work and thus slower service but the food was excellent. They have changed the entertainment since the last time I was there and I really liked the changes. Had a flutist play multiple nights and a good band play one night too. They still put on some shows which are fun to watch. The front desk staff are as professional and nice as I have seen anywhere and my wife and I travel a lot. The daily entertainment staff are absolutely hilarious and make sure everyone is having fun (sorry for not naming them but I lost heir names). Great job by all of them. The bartenders are really good and always smiling and really do a great job. Carlos, Luis and Manuel are awesome and fun!

It was our first experience to all inclusive. Nice pools and nice set up. The lunch and dinner buffet was terrible and the restaurants accessibility was none exsistant.

I like the location. It's easy to get into town. What I didn't like about the property is that the beds are the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on. It is like sleeping on a concrete floor. The food was horrible. I have been to a lot of resorts in Cozumel and by far the food at the Grand Park Royal was the worst I have ever experienced. The maid service was hit and miss. Sometimes they would leave Coffee, sometimes they wouldn't. Sometimes they would leave hand towels, sometimes they wouldn't. I would NOT recommend this property. The chair saving was crazy. Sometimes there were chairs saved for over 2 hours with no one ever using them. They need more chairs.

The staff was very nice the facility was horrible over but food was absolutely horrible I will never go there again please take me off your email list don’t ever send me another email again biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent my life
