AC did not work and the property could not get it fixed

We had a room near a secure entry downstairs and when people use the entry, it was very noisy. I did sleep well and the bed was very comfortable. They did not resupply the food very quickly and and folks could not get the entrees right away.

Not worth the $. Charged for parking which was ridiculous. Out of date and in need of upgrade. Room space was nice but could be upgraded. Carpet was torn by tile and could feel tack. Requested not yo be by elevators but got there for late arrival and they told me that was all they had or I could upgrade. Will not stay there ever again.

The hotel was great the $10.00 parking charge was bogus as anything. Don’t charge $142,00 and then an extra $10 when there you have a huge parking lot - The parking charge dropped this awesome hotel to mediocre Come on! A parking fee-REALLY!
