They did not have my reservation in their system even though I booked weeks back and showed them my confirmation. They tried to charge me more for the room and then the water was turned off due to a main break.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that Travelocity didn't get your reservation into our system. We have informed them of this issue, so it will can get corrected to avoid any future incidents. We sincerely apologize for the water having to be turned off. This was to keep the building & guest's rooms on 1st floor from flooding due to the water main break. We are extremely grateful the plumbing service worked diligently to repair the break and have water restored before our guests awakened in the morning. Our guests safety and satisfaction is something we take seriously, so we're happy to hear you were satisfied with your refund (which had been issued while you were sleeping) and water had been restored by the time you awoke.We hope you will come back and see us again sometime. We offer a pretty extensive breakfast for an economy hotel, so if it was a matter of it not being stocked throughout the duration of the breakfast hours, we would like to know.
