Pros: Only hotel with beach access nearby. Surroundings are beautiful and well kept. Everyone super helpful. Unit was comfortable, well stocked and had well thought out extras, such as dog supplies. Cons: Spotshot for existing carpet pet stains is your best friend. Had Loud, stompy upstairs guests, not the hotels fault. Hard to get everything up to the second floor because room doors are in breezeway behind another door. Detail cleaning needed on dishwasher vents and outside oven door. One window needed detail cleaning or razor scraping. We would most definitely stay again, had a great experience.

It was tge first time we stayed there in Ocean Shores,was clean and comfortable,could have used a air conditioner though,but i did like the place.

Hotel was clean and in a convenient location. Heated pool was surprising. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very large with a kitchen. We had a great stay. Thank you.

All employees friendly and helpful. Stayed in studio apt with small frig, micro and stove top. King bed was very comfortable. Everything clean. Good assortment of dishes/pots/pans/utensils/silverware. The hot tub and ice machine weren't working but that wasn't a game changer for us. We were there for clamming and there was an area in the laundry room to clean clams which was convenient. Can hear the ocean from the balcony and some 2nd/3rd floor rooms have ocean views. All in all, a great 4 night stay. Would return again.

This was a nice place. we had a great top floor ocean front view "condo-style" room. Could've had more dishes/cookware stocked in the kitchen, but other than that everything was great!
