The staff tried to do all they best, but some fundamental issues cannot be solved. Mosquitos - we could not open the balcony door from sunset to late morning. Bathroom is out of date and very crappy. TV and refrigerator did not work. The location is in the poor and dirty village with continuous loud latino music everywhere. There is no sense to go there

Friendly Environment

Pros: The quite and peaceful environment..
Cons: Have a hair dryer, an iron and a telephone to call front desk...
Location: Awesome everything is nearby..
Staff has an excellent Customer Service, always going the extra mile for guests..., Love that is a lay down hotel not a noising hotel., great location walking distance to the beautiful breathtaking beach, convenience store, pharmacist, boutiques and more... Highly recommended!!

This hotel is a one-star at best!

My husband and I traveled to Punta Cana for our anniversary. When arriving at the hotel the first room we were given had only one bed that was in front of the one window in the room. We booked a room with double beds and a balcony. I immediately went to the front desk to complain. The gentleman at the front desk promptly move us to a second floor room with no air-conditioning. When we went back to the front desk to complain they told us they were sending someone to fix the air. Five hours later the air was not fixed and we could not relax in our room. On my fourth trip to the front desk to complain about the room, we were told that travelocity (expedia) guests don't pay enough to get the "VIP" rooms. I know, I am still baffled. I asked are the VIP rooms the only rooms with air? He tried to move us to a location where the lights were completely blown in the hallway. When I refused and threatened to move hotels and dispute the charge on my credit card, we were then moved to a room in the VIP section. This people at this facility thought they were doing me a favor by giving me a room with air and two beds. I thought that was what I was paying for. Nonetheless I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here. Spend a little more to get something better.
