Located in Central Village of Copper Mountain Resort, this home is within walking distance of the American Eagle chair lift, and can easily access the Ten Mile Canyon Recreation Trail. Ice skating, paddle boat rentals, and dining options are all within a short walk.

This cozy condo is a great rental for guests intending to be out and about from morning through evening. With two soft queen beds and a full bathroom, up to four people will share the space comfortably. There are WiFi and cable available, as well as a DVD player for movie nights.

Bad news from moment we got there. I will send you a video
at check in we told them the issues. We were promised that they would take care of it. There was also someone who texted us to see how things were going. Neither person EVER got someone to come and clean the place we were there 3 days. Never did get taken care of.

The only positive about this property is the location. Cleanliness was subpar (found a pill & empty chip back on the carpet upon arrival), and the quality of furnishings & linens was bottom tier. There were no arrival or departure instructions given. Communication with the management company was nonexistent. For the price of the booking, I expected the bare minimum expectations be met. They were not.

We really enjoyed our stay in our Village two queen bed hotel room. The location is stunning, and the little town in Copper Mountain is charming. However, we found the check-in instructions and directions to the parking lot confusing. The lack of light on the buildings at nighttime made this more difficult. In addition, the COVID-19 safety procedures were not as clear as at other hotels we have stayed at. For example, other hotels have provided wipes, enclosed the TV remote control in plastic, and have outlined the steps they have taken to keep guests safe. Most importantly, the shower floor is very slippery and there are bars on the sides of the shower from when it used to be a sliding door shower (now it is a curtained shower but the sliding doors fixtures are still in place) that are very sharp and these two factors combined could be dangerous. We feel that this is a great hotel but some improvements could still be made.

Clean room close to slopes
The room was conveniently located in walking distance to the slopes. The management was very helpful / flexible. It was nice that they were able to communicate through text. The room was clean and the heater kept it cozy. Parking was a little confusing to find. Considering the price of this booking, a mini fridge would have been very nice. And it was a big bummer that the hot tub was broken during my stay because it was one of the reasons I booked the room. I contacted the property manager who informed me that it would be fixed that night. However it was never fixed.

Great Stay
Had I read the reviews I probably would not have stayed here. What a loss that would have been. Yes, it is advertised as an efficiency, but it falls short of what I expected. There was only a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. As with many other occupants we sorely missed a mini fridge. What ever the short comings more than made up for it with the location, we really loved being right on the mountain. No parking lots, no shuttle busses what could be better. Would not hesitate to rent this unit again would just plan food a bit differently. If your budget allows there are plenty places within walking distance.

Stay at Copper Mountain
The stay was nice, but there was not any staff there to help. The sheets were not changed the entire 13 days we stayed there. We had to buy wash clothes ourselves if we needed them. We were fortunate to find a closet door open down stairs and find some bath towels. Being a ski resort hotel, it's understandable why no one was there. The price of our stay, although, was good being in the off season.
