They did not have our reservation. The place was not clean looking so we left without staying!

We had toilet problems that were not fixed for two days. Was told different things by different staff regarding price, check out time, etc.

The toilet looked liked it had not been cleaned recently, there was a roach on the toilet, and a small child on the stairs by himself at 11 pm. But you really get what you pay for so I’m not mad for $100.

I liked the hotel's location. Shopping was across the street and the town not far away had more antique and boutique shops and restaurants. However, I was disappointed in the condition of the pool. It was green and cloudy. I was told by the independent owner of this Baymont hotel that it was due to rain. I live in FL and it rains a lot. Even in a couple of days, would not look like this pool did. I did the initial rating on Travelocity and got a message that the issue was resolved. I saw that water was circulating but it still looked the same otherwise. It was 90 degrees and Labor Day weekend so it shouldn't have been a seasonal issue. No out of order signs but clearly not what I would want to get into. Not up to Baymont - Wyndham standards or my expectations.

This was a great location, We stayed here for a conference so we had at least 13 rooms. We were welcomed by the Manager the staff was very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable . ..

The room smelled so bad. It was supposed to be a non smoking room but clearly it was not. The other smell was j like mildew and nasty wet clothes smell. I had to spray perfume just to quit gagging. We would have left and gone to another hotel but it was late at night and there were no other choices. When we woke up, all of our belongings were damp and musty smelling. Find another hotel. Avoid this hotel.
