The stay was lovely however the elevator operation was not prime. Several times we had to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator and we hide multiple timed activities we had to meet. Stairs were not an option for us since our room was on the 21st floor, unfortunately.

We liked the entertainment options. We had issues with getting trash bags so we could throw our trash away as we brought a lot of food back to the room. We asked housekeeper several times so we could throw our trash away and they said they would bring us some bags and nobody ever came back then Saturday night while I was in the casino. My kids called and said there were a bunch of ants coming in from the patio and we’re all over our bags in the chair, I called the front desk, This was a little after midnight. I told them about the issue and they said they would send somebody up right away to spray and to bring some bags so we could bag up the trash. I did not return to the room until about three in the morning and did not find out until the next morning that nobody ever came by that time or bags Were filled with ants. We put all the trash out on the porch. When checking out, I asked to speak with a supervisor who came down after about 25 minutes and said she would check into the situation and give me a call because we needed to leave to get back to Texas and I could not wait any longer. I never got a call, so I called today and was given a number for Marsha Odom, who was operations manager of housekeeping, and spoke directly with her, and she was going to find out who I spoke with to find out what was going to be done to help remedy the issue and possibly compensate us. She said she would call me back today and again I received no call.
