Everything overall was great. Only things i would have issues with is 1. The hottub was super dirty and water stinks. The filter needs changed and we couldnt really use it. Also probably want to have the cleaners actually dust the cobwebs and bugs from all over the walls and ceilings. Other then that we had a great time.

Comfy and spacious
The house was comfy and spacious. Smart TV in each bedroom and family room. Kitchen was very well equipped! Plenty of plates, glasses, and every small appliance, gadget you could need! Beautiful large wood table in the kitchen that seats 6. There are a few maintenance items that need attention. The floor sags between joists, the tub faucet pulls off the wall when you put shower on, and many light switches are falling off. The road had more traffic than I expected. The location was great, close to Ohiopyle State Park.

The house was very clean when we arrived - everything was wonderful. Hard to beat waking up to the river every morning. A great place to connect with old friends.

Spacious and comfortable
The house was large, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, baking trays, and every small appliance you could need. A smart TV in every bedroom. The location was close to Ohiopyle State Park. Some items to note: the house is at the end of the road, but the road is the main road into the area and there was quite a bit of traffic going by, especially in the morning. The flooring, especially in the kitchen, was sagging between joists. The bathtub faucet was falling off the wall. Light switches falling off. Seems to need some maintenance. Easy check in and check out.

Great Experience
Stayed here for proximity to slopes. House was as described. Upper deck and lower deck chairs perfect for enjoying the views! The spa was clean and relaxing. Note: kureg coffee pot uses both pods and filters - score! Tvs in every room for those interested and good wifi too. We would recommend and may come back to ride bikes, trout fish and or just relax.

Nice location and view. House needs work
My family enjoyed a nice weekend at this property. Close to trail and there was a fall festival in town. The spacious kitchen worked well for meals and just hanging out but the beds were very uncomfortable especially the king. The inside of the house was clean but exterior of home is in poor repair along with unkempt yard and landscaping. Outside hot tub surrounded by melted siding. Chairs on upper deck were filthy . Our weekend was about connecting with family, we just needed the space and the house did provide that. But would not rent again

We enjoy staying in Confluence which is a quiet community close to biking trails. Found the Salty Dog enjoyable to dine at. The house is a great size for up to 6, but does sleep more. Thanks !
