It’s the nicest hotel in Ephrata. This is a small town and the standards for a hotel in the area are not very high. Thankfully this one is here and has many amenities.

EXTREMELY noisy guests with kids in the hslkway for iver an hour. I calked front desk seceral times. I heard my neighboring rooms yell at the people. Stall asked them one tome to be quiet. I stepped out snd yelled for quiet. They went yovthrir room, but randomly knocked on my door thru the evening with thrur kids running halls wighking foor knobs and knocking on doors. Staff should haveceealr woth probkem guests instead of leaving it to tge guests who were trying to get rest.

We did have the Front desk call the room three times and go to the door of those guest. There were there for a funeral and quiet time at most all hotels is 10pm they were only loud from 7- 8:30 pm. But we do understand that you are a day sleeper with your job, and sorry that our others guests make it hard for you to get the well desired rest you needed. We called the police in the needing them to give them a warning as well , as they were not listening to our staff . They were there to celebrate the life a family member that passed away. But all in all they should of respected other guests privacy. Sorry that this happened. We did everything we could of except for removing from the property. But they were quite after the 10 pm time frame. Very sorry
