The hotel was a very good value. It took the front desk person 20 minutes to check in three people ahead of me and there were two more families behind me. There was a second person at the desk doing nothing. It was midnight, so frustrating to edit so long.But the rest of the stay was fine.

Property is fairly close to attractions and businesses. The Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, there was animal feces all over the lawn, and “Breakfast Included” was only a few bags of bread, cinnamon rolls, two boxes of cereal. And a follow of milk left on the counter

Generally run down. Unfriendly staff. Sketchy/dangerous neighborhood. Parking lot area was highly questionable. Room was okay, but a/c was noisy and carpet worn out.

The bedspread and blanket had burns and holes in them. Not enough pillows or towels. Disgisting place. Staff was not friendly. Horrible part of town

Decent hotel for the price. Neighborhood seems to be in decline with with alot of vacant retail surrounding the hotel.

Check in was easy and no problems. Very pleasant people and staff. There was only one downfall. Normally we don't pack amenities so I didn't. There were bar soaps and lotions but no shampoos or cream rinse. Other than that everything was great. But the next time I will pack my own just to be on the safe side.

I lost my key and my key quit working and the staf were very helpful. However, Friday morning at 5am I was woken up by a man that had a key to my room. I informed him that was not his room. He came back 30 minutes later with an employee and again opened my door. How would he get a key to my room? When I checked out the employee gave a half-hearted sorry. Why would an employee give someone a key on his word without checking the name. I could been hurt or hurt him or all my things could have been stolen had I not been there. Ridiculous!

Roaches all over room. Were not treated well. Customer service very poor. Was watched very closely when getting breakfast. Roaches got on body.
