This property is a 1.5 out of 5 stars AT THE MOST. It’s a motel. The lot has huge potholes and walkways/stairs/balconies surface covering /paint missing or peeling all over. Cockroach in tub. Gap in room door you can fit a pinky in. Sink has a 3/8inch space all the way around (under the counter) and a terrible caulk job that did t even seal it up. Desk lamp- the switch to turn it, not a push but but a twist switch, just spun, so who knows if it actually works. Cigarette burns in carpet. The power strip with USB charger didnt work. Smoke smell in a ‘smoke free’ room. I asked for a different room and was told none available. I asked the front desk for towels and garbage to be changed and it took 3 requests over 2 days. The photo of the front of the motel, while it looks ok, it doesn’t look like that in person and is likely the best looking aesthetic of the hotel. The back lot is dark and dingy with an abandoned car. Very poor. Very dirty. Very little to no maintenance. NEVER AGAIN.

Furnishings are pretty grungy, carpeting disgusting, mattress is pretty lousy. I booked the hotel weeks ahead of time. When we checked into our room at 6 pm, we found the bed unmade and the room not cleaned. The staff was apologetic and got us into another room quickly.

Thank you for this feedback. We apologize for the mistake at the time of check in. Our staff was learning a new system this month and we had some hick ups along the way. With the new system came a new owner and we hope that a remodel is in the near future.

They were very accommodating and pleasant! The only complaint I have is someone left a urgent message for me, for when I arrived but they forgot and 2 1/2 hours went by before they remembered to give me the message!theysaid urgent ! Un except able

My room wasn't renovated so the floor still had carpet and sink was very dated. Even though carpet was freshly shampooed, there was an odor which I didn't like.

The employees all were super nice and checkin was easy! The water pressure was good in shower and they had nice big towels. The room was awful! It smelled of mold and mildew! The carpet was stained and nasty. The rooms are outdated and very old. They painted over mold and there was rust all in the room. Corners were dirty! I would not let a child on the carpet. The beds were lumpy! The owner of this hotel should be ashamed because it is in terrible shape and needs a complete renovation! But the staff could not be nicer! I would never stay there again even if it was free!

Ann this is the reason we are under new Management. I was transferred here three months ago and I agree completely with what you have left In this review. At this time I have been able to update 20 of my rooms. I am working with in the budget given to renovate each room. We hope to have all rooms done by the end of this year.

The hotel looks lovely on pictures, a nice quiet place to stay for a couple of days, however the beds are very lumpy, the paint is peeling off the walls (especially in the bathrooms). The air conditioning does not actually cool the rooms. I reserved two qween beds in two different rooms, both rooms only had full size beds. Half the time the cleaning people never came to the room so no clean towels. Not a place or franchise i will ever stay in again.
