My room was not clean and had to stay with someone i didnt know

Location was convenient. Staff was very courteous and as helpful as they could be I guess. But place needs major upgrade, the first room I was given hadn't been cleaned yet. I walked in and the bed was as if someone had just gotten out of it, and trash still in the room. The staff was able to switch to another room, which was supposed to be an "upgrade". The bed was very uncomfortable, only two very flat pillows, toilet was broken, and bathroom sink started leaking, and cabinet doors were missing. The halls smelled of "smoke". It was a very uncomfortable overnight stay. But, the staff was nice..

Room had a hospital room bland feeling but not in a clean way. Really dull and sad. Didn't feel welcoming at all. The bed was comfortable though. Not big enough for 2 people cause it's a full size, it should be a queen.

This hotel is dirty. It looked as if someone was murdered on the bathroom floor. The mattress was pitiful and the entire hotel smelled horribly. Housekeeping was non existent. I do not recommend staying here for any reason. Your car would be better.

Did not realize the hotel did not have any amenities, so I did go out to purchase all amenities. Basically for people who plan on staying longer than a few nights. Room had an odor, so I bought air fresheners. Staff very friendly.

Specifically booked a smoke free room because smoke upsets my allergies. Called and confirmed my reservation because I knew it would be late when I arrived. Upon arriving was told there were no non-smoking rooms available, only rooms on the smoking floor were open. As soon as the elevator doors opened you were greeted with the smell of smoke and it wasn't just cigarette smoke. The bed felt like I was sleeping on the box spring and the pillows were flat. Will definitely not be staying at this place again.
