Great grab and go breakfast although it would have been a nice reminder that the microwavable breakfast needed to go back with you to your room. NBC was wierdly removed from channel choices. I had to do without my Hoda.

I apologize you were not told that you do have to warm your sandwich in the microwave in your room, but we are working very hard to get back to our hot breakfast! Hopefully the next time you are in the South Hill area we will be back to normal with our operations! We do hope to see you again!

Easy, friendly, clean - would recommend for any traveler. I was traveling with a grandchild and she was welcomed nicely.

Great staff, clean not so much

Every staff member I met was kind and helpful. Everything looked great even up to getting into the room. Then found a coffee cup and lid on the floor by the bed. Worse part was finding hair in the shower. Breakfast was plentiful and looked good but after the hair thing was afraid to eat.

Pros: I could get 3 beds in one room!
Cons: Layout of the fold out sofa was awkward to get around at night .
Location: It was near family.
The room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 teens who don't sleep in the same bed! Breakfast could use more fresh fruit choices.
