I have stayed at this hotel several times . It use to have free wi fi and I did not have it this time. On line it stated wi fi was included and I was told that it depends on the amount of your room. I was very disappointed in that as it is very costly without it. My husband was told that you can pay extra however, deciding to stay at this hotel with free wi fi was a selling point. Also, a family member called the hotel several times to speak to him and the front desk was not to friendly when ask to speak English. I know Spanish and English should be spoken at such an establishment.
