Extremely friendly and helpful staff in all sectors of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner have so many choices to suit all guests. The security was magnificent. Makes guests feel safe. I didn’t find anything negative.

Dreadful room and bathroom
The lobby and foyer areas are lovely but the rooms especially the bathroom is HORRIBLE and badly in need of a renovation. We had to move rooms due to the discomfort and were told that the hotel has not been upgraded in 32 years. If the Hilton name has to be maintained then a huge makeover is necessary as there is heaps of competition in Colombo.
