The property itself was nice ,breakfast was good ,we messaged during our reservation well in advance that we would not be checking in until 10 pm after the Cardinals game & wanted to stay until 4 pm when my husband's meeting at the convention center ended .left contact info incase this was a problem .I paid the extra $40 for late check out .2 pm they called the room asking if we were extending our stay .i explained it to them that we rented the room until 4 .I received a second call from them & asked if i should just check out at 3 .they said no.i had the do not disturb sign on the door .i just started to fall asleep again & the maid knocked on the door at 3:15 she came into the room with her key .. .so i just turned the key in at 3:30 & sat in the parking lot til my husband was finished at the convention center .if you need somewhere to stay after the game with a late check in & a few hours after regular check out im not sure this hotel is for you .the rooms were big & nice though .regular hours you will enjoy your visit .

Overall, a really great stay. Pet friendly and comfortable. We walked to Colton's Steakhouse and that was excellent. Our only complaint is that the parking lot did not accommodate large vehicles with trailers. Problematic. Otherwise, the hotel itself was great and we had a restful night.

Landscaping needed upkeep. Door handle about to fall off our room. No coffee had been made in AM. Yet trash near coffee was full.

It served its purpose I guess, but I would t rush back. Entire hotel had a smell to it, maybe it’s from cleaning but doubtful. Asked for a roll a way due to how our group was arranged, they don’t offer. Asked for an extra pillow and blanket, none extra that they could provide.

The beds were comfortable. They didn’t dust the furniture so there was hir and dirt on the nightstand, desk, and tv stand. The room had an odor upon first entering (dirty carpet). They only allow two wash cloths. Said that was “standard”. Most people was before going to bed, and to start the day with a shower. Therefore, there should be two wash cloths per person, at least.

The coffee machine was inoperable. There was trash in the wastebasket. The room was 62 degrees at check in. Overall, a mediocre experience but reasonable value for the money.

The location was convenient for our travels. The whole building needs a refresh. The carpets in the rooms was worn with big runners. we rented 2 rooms and one had a bad smell like moldy gym socks the other had a broken toilet tank top when we arrived. The breakfast was mediocre at best. They were severely understaffed for the amount of patrons present. I paid too much for the quality of rooms we had.

Needs newer painting, carpet. Sheets badly stained and some loose residue in sheets. We had to get and put on 'fresh' sheets TV too small.
