The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. It could use an upgrade to the air conditioning system. It was loud and not very efficient. It didn't appear that housekeeping changed our sheets any of the days we were there OR they did a sloppy job of making the bed

Thank You Anonymous, we appreciate your comments. Sometimes it is nice if we know before you leave so that we can know what ac unit is not working well or making noise. The housekeeping staff have reviewed the policies of changing the sheets during a guests stay and how to make a stay-over bed. Thank You again for your comments, this is how we make things better.

Decent hotel

A typical hotel, clean bed, clean room, and relatively quiet. Only real quirk to mention is the price off of the website excludes some taxes pertinent to Illinois, apparently the hotel has notified Travelocity, but has yet to see a change. Raised the end cost up by $8 or so.

Thank You for your comments sorry for the added tax, it was an increase in our city of Edwardsville hotel tax from 3 % to 7% and yes, some sites have not updated their records yet. Thank You for understanding.

Downhill spiral.

The TV didnt work, beds were uncomfortable, bathroom door didn't close, room phone broken.

Beyond value!

The entry was inviting, the room comfortable and well-planned, and the staff was more like the family that you'd want to have. Simply the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, and wish the big chains learned from their business model!
