My husband and I will never stay at this hotel again and be hesitant to stay at another Hilton Hotel! Thermostat broken, connecting door to another room was bent badly and the dead bolt didn’t work, so they placed a stopper lock in it. It appeared to have a wooden board attached to part of the back of the door. Poop was tiny, unkept and closed at 8 instead of 10! No room service. Could hear adults talking in the room next to ours and children running around and banging. Must be thin walls to hear all we did! When I mentioned everything to front desk, the woman working said, I’ll let them know. No communication from anyone regarding said issues! No offers of apologizes! Lack of customer service and quality! Highly disappointed!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Everything went smoothly and staff was very professional and accommodating, the rooms were very clean. Just sad that the pool and restaurant was under renovation. Great Hotel!

Suite was filled with wasted space. Pull out bed was stained and there was a cocktail glass left in the hallway for the entire stay. Nice lobby and friendly staff.

Great hotel, Reasonable DC price

Pros: Cleanliness of facilities, nearness to UM campus and the great food in that neighborhood, and courtesy of staff
Location: Greenbelt state park is right across the street and UM is a 10 minute drive
My experience at the Hilton was terrific. The hotel was clean, staff super friendly, and a decent price for the DC area. This will be my go to location from now on when I am in the area.
