A Charming and Restful stay!

Pros: This hotel is centrally located in Centro Historico.
Cons: Internet access is only accessible in the lobby.
Location: Los Juaninos is across the street from the Cathedral. Ideal location for exploring on foot.
My family and I enjoyed our 5 day stay in this period hotel. I have stayed at other hotels in Centro Historico and Los Juaninos was by far the most comfortable, quiet, clean and restful location. Staff is very friendly. Wonderful stay!

Terrible customer service

Do not change your reservation because you will not get a refund. We had a reservation for the 20th - 25 and my husband business changed and he needed to leave 21-24 but would still need the 25. The manager had claimed we could not change our reservation and we had to pay for the week. We accepted company policy but when my husband returned for his last day of our reservation that was paid for they wanted us to pay again. Do not stay here Travelocity should not do business with this company very fraudulent. The front desk kept lying that the manager was not available and we would see him walk by. Unethical behavior!!
