I was a bit concerned when I found the carpeted basketball court and pillow balls were right outside my door. But it was not a problem. The only person I saw taking shots was almost meditative.

The room was not available. No room was available. Basically, you sold a room at a hotel that had no rooms available.

Unfortunately, technical challenges can take place where a reservation is booked and does not reach the hotel. This hotel had the cleanest rooms and floors of any I have ever stayed in! The 1st room that I felt comfortable walking around in my bare feet in! Two downsides though; one reason I booked this was for the on-site restaurant. After we arrived and checked in we learned that the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Also, we were hit with a $22 parking fee to park at the hotel. Had we known about these two things we would have canceled our reservation and stayed elsewhere. Other than that, the room was very accommodating, clean, bright and comfortable.

With that said, parking is very limited on Franklin Street, due to which we are having to charge guests for overnight parking.
