This is a very inconvenient and confusing hotel to check in. No one in the entry, no sign to explain the process. You have to be lucky enough to find someone and then you take an elevator to the second floor to check in. A lot of long distance walking and elevators, especially when traveling with dogs. The place is fine, but it was extremely inconvenient from the very beginning.

Hello Melanie, Unfortunately, you would have to get in contact with Travelocity to refund that payment. The reservation we have in our system shows that you prepaid them. With cancelling third party reservations, you have to cancel directly with them to see if they can waive any fees. I apologize for any misunderstanding.
