An A experience. We asked for a non pet room and they gave us a quiet room on the end of the third floor. King size suite was large with extra large bath, long desk in middle of room, and kitchen at entrance door. The bed was hard and comfy, the way I like it. There is a nice outdoor sitting area outside indoor pool. Excellent breakfast and late checkout (12). What's not to like?

Travelocity is making a terrible mistake by not requiring hoteliers to advise whenever amenities are out of service. We chose the Hampton Inn in Clinton over Easter weekend and chose the hotel based on having a very nice indoor pool on the Travelocity website. The images were great and we booked the room. Upon arrival we were informed the pool had be down for remodeling for one month and it would possibly be a month before opening. It would seem this is misrepresentation on the part of Travelocity and it would be like ordering a blur car and and was told we are sorry, you can only have Red. I wonder if there are legal channels the should be considered. Only to prove a point, not the $! So disappointed in this poor business practice the could be healed very easily.
