The lobby is fine but the front desk is slow and understaffed. The modern redo disappears entirely upon entering the room. Its dirty and loud and things are loose and falling and in general disrepair amd just dirty. The sheets and towels seemed laundered but dust was everywhere, beside or behind anything is debree from past guests. They do not yet have smart televisions or even HBO for that matter.

Liked the bus to union station. I could walk to the office I was there for my business. I was able to walk from the congressional offices back to union station. I have a tendency to be cheap but do use taxis and tip if I need a ride.

The university is gorgeous, the rooms are large, and the hotel as a whole is very accessible to all those with additional needs. Would stay again.

False advertisement. I asked for the room I was promised and they denied my request even after I showed them the room on the Travelocity website. I showed my itinerary and they still tried to convince me that it was the same room. They tried to accommodate me with free parking. Still, I was extremely disappointed.

The room we use was four floor in the hallway is too humid in there.. And the room we sleep in toooo humid and seems ac not working right..
