The best-kept secret in the Cleveland/Twinsburg area just keeps getting better. This is my first trip back there since the outbreak of Covid. The property appears to be under new management. The rooms, grounds and common room have really been spruced-up and are so welcoming. What I love also about this place is the convenience to the airport and downtown Cleveland. There are so many great dining opportunities right around the hotel. Unlike with downtown Cleveland, finding a gas station is easy as well. When I visit the RR Hall of Fame, this is my go-to place to stay...and the place just gets better and better. PS. Staff is FANTASTIC too!

Needs new linens and updating, a few holes in sheets, very old blankets and pillows, partially cleaned lavatory.

There were bugs in our bed so we left. The walls were dirty and the blankets had stains. The room smelled horrible

I wish I could give a better review, as the staff was helpful. But the property was disappointing. While the cleaning was adequate, some things were missed -- tub floor was not completely clean and a wet towel was left behind the door in the bathroom when we checked in. There were also some holes in the carpet. The biggest issue was with the outlets. When we tried to charge our devices, we saw there was only one socket (difficult to reach) that was not already in use for room appliances/lights. We discovered that that socket was not working. When we asked to switch rooms, we learned that there were no non-smoking rooms that night, but they gave us a power strip so we could have access to power outlets. We appreciated this. The breakfast was limited and not inviting but this is what I expect at this price point, and there is a Sheetz, a McDonald's, and a Dunkin all within 100 yards so that was not a problem. Finally, the 2 queen room was so narrow that anyone sleeping on the wall side of either bed could not get out of bed from that side. The property was quiet and felt safe, so overall it was adequate for a night, especially at the price point. But the property is in need of some significant upgrades. I understand staffing issues at this time might make some attention to detail difficult. I would recommend it for someone who just needs a decent place to stay for the night, but not for someone who expects amenities and access to multiple power outlets.

Likes easy check in, Dislikes if you move the mattress away from the head board you will find all sorts of hair dust it was dirty. Lastly I did find a bed bug eventually it will be a problem

The carpeting was filthy. Our clean white socks were black after walking across the floor. We had a handicapped room and the hand held shower attachment fell off the wall and hit my husband as he was trying to shower. It hit him on the head and arm. He has black and blue marks on his arm. Will not recommend this motel to anyone. Shower chair was dirty on the bottom.

What a hidden gem! Nestled between a lovely neighborhood and a huge gas station/convenience store, Super 8 is moments from shopping, restaurants and main travel roads into Cleveland. The price was fantastic and the rooms were GREAT - clean, cool, with HBO, fridge, coffee-maker and microwave. The walls between rooms were thick and as a female traveling alone, I felt very safe there. I go to Cleveland periodically to visit the RR Hall of Fame. I have stayed in various hotels in downtown and farther out. This one is the farthest out I have ever stayed, but it is the one I shall go back to time and again. It took about 15 minutes to get downtown afterwards, I could head back out to lots of eating/shopping options and a lovely, relaxing room. The location is perfect, the accommodations were excellent and the staff was great!

Convenient to the highway.

Pros: First time in a Super 8. Very comfortable and clean.
Location: Lots of choices for quick meals.
Staff were polite and helpful. We needed to leave about 1 hour after regular checkout for a funeral. It was so helpful to be able to just wait in our rooms until the time came to travel to the funeral. Thanks!
