Great Hotel in the Flats!

The staff was friendly, personable, and helpful - everyone made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable - we would stay here again without hesitation!

Comfortable but not Personable!

Pros: The hotel was very well maintained, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Inform the patron. Please understand that you work there a may get tired of orienting customers to the property, but we have never been there before.
Location: A lot of night life. Clubs, bars & restaurants.
Upon arrival, you are left with no clue as to what to do. We knew we had an option of valet or self park, but when you pull up, if there is not a valet driver in sight, you're left sitting in the car or standing outside trying to figure out where to go next or what to do next. A valet finally arrived and took the car. We looked around and had no clue as to where the check-in desk was. We went inside the door the valet exited from and luckily there was another individual inside. We asked where do we check-in and the instructions were to go down the ramp and take the right elevator to the first floor. Inside the elevator, there was no first floor button, but there was one marked "L". O.K. Lobby. Once there the person manning the desk was polite. We were given our keys and that was it. No instructions regarding self park or how to retrieve your car. Obviously we asked and our questions were answered, but having traveled a number of years for my profession, I had become accustomed to a run down. Nothing was said regarding checking out. Extremely vague and not very welcoming.

ALMOST nice...

The area this hotel is in is fun and has restaurants, bars, water front and an aquarium nearby. But a freight train rolls thru EVERY NIGHT and blows it's horn. So loud! The hotel staff even jokingly warned us about the train when we checked in. But we were still stunned awake by it in the middle of the night. The room was fairly clean. The mattress wasn't fully covered by the fitted sheet and someone had clearly vimited all over one of the beds and wasn't ever cleaned up properly. Disgusting. The sheets were scratchy and not super comfortable.

Nice Hotel, poor location and access

Pros: Hotel is located in a warehouse district close to restaurants and bars.
Location: Rock n Roll Hall of Fame is nearby and is awesome.
Hotel located next to railroad tracks. When freight train goes by, at 3:00 am, the whole room shakes for 5 minutes. Very alarming. Also have to take two different elevators to get to your room.

Pros: Very modern and cool. So convenient to great places to eat and drink.
We stayed for an overnight. Within walking distance of a lot of fun things to do. Check in and out was quick. Staff was very nice. A great place to stay and affordable.

Very clean and nice looking hotel

Took a little long to check in. Clean room. No closets though. Futuristic/retro design. Good location.

Modern hotel close to Cleveland hotspots

Pros: Location, shuttle service, staff
Cons: Right before checkout, there was no water pressure. Could not take a shower or even brush teeth! Desk staff was apologetic, plumbing issue.
Location: Jacobs Pavilion, The Flats, Rock'n Roll Hall of fame, sports arenas, variety of restaurants
This hotel was within walking distance to many great restaurants. The room was very comfortable and good for adults, but not set up for families. Some reviews mentioned train noise, but we did not have a problem with this. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was very convenient and the driver was friendly and professional.

New, modern, hip hotel.

Located in an area called the Flats. Renovated old factory buildings. Close to All. Sports Arenas, Stadiums, Downtown, and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame all within walking distance. Fantastic Hotel, clean, beautiful city!
