Clean and quiet with very professional and cordial staff. I had a problem with the fridge. It was addressed immediately. My only issue was in my 3 week stay, no one inquired about whether or not my room required cleaning. I thought that was odd.

I didn't like the smell of nicotine in our room like if someone smoked in it and/or someone was smoking in other adyacent rooms. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel.

Girl at chk in was very nice, however the man later was less than helpful. The elevator was nasty, trash n cookies all over the floor. The place smelled like mildew and the floors n counter top in room had not been cleaned very well. Ah and leta not forget the black hairs left in the shower.

Check in was fine. When we got to the room we were very unhappy. There were no towels, no soap, and no water cups. I had to go back to desk and was told they forgot to put items in room. I had to bring them back up myself. The bed was small and very lumpy and uncomfortable. The alarm clock didn’t work. There was a large security light right outside our window. And there were several motor cycle groups coming and going at all times. We had a horrible night and will never stay there again.

Items such as towels, soap, and water cups are a brand standard for Woodspring Suites and most defiantly should have been provided inside your suite before the time of check-in. We recently had an influx of guests who were visiting the Clermont area for a bike fest that happens annually- I apologize for any noise disturbance this may have caused you. We hope that you will give a second chance and allow us the opportunity to make it right should you ever visit the Clermont area in the future. Thank you again for your input.
