When we arrived, there was trash in the wastebaskets and flies in the room. Our room was upstairs and there is no elevator, which is difficult for old people with mobility issues.

I apologized for the room condition and offered to move you to the room next door. I am sorry that you did not take us up on that offer, however, the housekeeper did come up and try to remedy the situation. I am sorry that wasn't enough.

We had out little dog with us. This was the cleanest pet room we have ever stayed in. The had a water bowl in the room for him and a special place to walk him including a disposal area with bags. Very clean
