Desk staff was nice enough. Unfortunately, there were roaches all over, a few big ones but many tiny ones. If it weren't so late and we weren't so tired, we would have gone elsewhere. We took precautions with our belongings and I don't think we brought any roaches home with us.

Staff was nice enough, but there were roaches (1 inch and tiny) all over. If it weren't so late and we weren't so tired, we would have left.

Bathroom so filthy we couldn’t shower. Sheets had dirt on them. Police came in full force which seemed like a regular occurrence. Breakfast was pitiful No ice machine. Padlocks on doors instead of key card entry. Proprietor screamed at people in lobby all morning. Unbelievable noise and yelling all night. Left before daylight. This hotel should be closed!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is not clean. The manager is horrible. I couldn't even take shower becuse the water pressure was so low.

The air conditioning in my room did not work and they knocked on our door about 10 30AM to start the checkout process because 75% of the rooms were not rented out and their workers were waiting for the few rooms that were occupied to clean . The manager did not want to pay them for doing nothing. They knocked on all the the doors that we were occupied waking everyone up they got everyone really very upset and annoyed. the idiots had so. Many extra rooms that where empathy and available for the new guest whatever new gas coming they did not have to knock on all the guests doors wake everyone up they could have left that occupied rooms to be clean the next day if they did not want to pay their workers to stand around and do nothing. I could sort of understand if they were fully booked and had to make room for the new guest but that was totally not the case they were just a few rooms on the first floor that were occupied the remaining two top floors were totally empty

It was horrible. Upon arrival they made us wait when no one was in the hotel waiting for service. Then they couldnt find our reservation. The hotel was dirty and smell and after looking at the place it was very creepy and loonely. I was trying to call but you have lo live agents to talk to. After finding a number to call i was placed on hold for more than 15 minutes with no recording to leave name and number.

absolutely the worse in my life don't even conside

Pros: The coffee at the breakfast was tolerable I cannot believe this property is on Travelocity or a wisdom, please evaluate your client's
Cons: A training program from top to bottom, the staff also wore no uniforms one housekeeper had pink sparkly sneakers and there ethic music was blaring on
Location: the Italian restaurant was awesome other than that place and town is a dump we went to go to bethal woods also the cab they recommended were not avail
This is the absolutely worse hotel ever in my life The curb side appeal is disgusting , debris in walk needs painting of the curbs and swept at the least the parking lot in front is also dirt piles and stones need to be swept and perhaps washed down. The woman at the desk was not there we rang the bell and she appeared from the breakfast room looks like we woke her up, she was not very pleasant and mumbled and we could not understand a word she said she did not look us in the eye when she did speak. The room was horrible handicap lol the entrance to the bath had a lip so if a wheel chair was needed it would be difficult to maneuver, 2 towels for 2 people one smoke alarm guts were hanging out, pool off lobby was empty with stagnate water in bottom area was dirty and a old dirty mop was there for the 2 days we were. continental breakfast consisted of yodels, honey buns bread country crock container on display counter decaf tea only juice machine dispensed debris into the cup perhaps mold from the machine , no channel guide on t.v , we lost over$5.00 in vending machine for expired items ,when we returned in the evening about 11pm the staff were lounging in the lobby , woman came up to me introduced herself as the manager thought she was member of the motorcycle people hanging in the front lot think they were guests but they had no where else to be as the lobby was occupied by the staff. This is a wydom please send someone from the cooperate office to investigate I will never

Also Section 8 Housing

Since all hotels in area were booked we found this hotel. Had to find store to buy cleaning supplies to clean dirty bathroom. Broken handle in bathroom, holes in drapes, blankets felt like sheets of rubber, cigarette smelling hallways! All this for 149.00 and found out it is also Section 8 housing . Shame on you Travelocity for even listing it.
