I did not get the room that I booked. I paid for a suite and got a regular room and they said they couldn't give me any rate reduction.

We explained several times that the suite you booked was a stayover and we could not contact the guest to move to another room. We gave you the only room we had since we were sold out. I also explained that the next time you stay you would receive a room at half the price. I again apologize for the inconvenience.

Travelocity overbooked us, took our money. Super 8 knew that and no one contacted us. We drove 3 hours there to be told that they overbooked the room. We had to drive another 1 hour to get another room and had to pay 3 times this cost. So disgusted, disappointed, and wont use this again.

The room was decent given that the hotel allowed pets. The beds were so so. It was hard to see the numbers on the doors (there was a piece of red tape with the number written on it). When the keys were handed to me, the front desk worker tore off a piece of white paper, wrapped it around the keys, and wrote the room number on it (interesting version of a key card holder). I was able to use a pack and play for my 1.5 year old. I asked for a rollaway bed, but she said it wasn't able to be provided with a room that had two beds. I'm not sure if it was due to space or what, but there was plenty of space for a rollaway bed when I looked at the room. Overall, not the greatest place, but not the worst. It's fine if you just need a place to rest your head for the night.

Thank you Sarah for taking the time to let us know how your recent stay with us was. We take a lot of pride in providing the types of rooms our guests have requested such as the 6 designated pet rooms on the bottom floor to accommodate our guests with pets. We have been going through some renovations and apologize for the unprofessional appearance of the doors and room numbers. The card readers were replaced recently and we have just completed painting and staining the doors and put new numbers on. Beds for the entire hotel are being ordered as we speak so we can replace ALL mattresses by end of third quarter. We were sent 5 cases of the wrong key card holders and were waiting for the new ones to be picked up so we improvised as best we could. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences you experienced while you stayed. While you had valid issues with your stay, I hope you are able to stay again so we can provide the proper service you should have received in the first place. Thank you again Sarah and have a great day!

OK for the money

Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast
We stayed here because it was the closest hotel near our family (15 miles). We weren't expecting a luxury suite, just a comfortable place to sleep. The beds were very hard, and the pillows were old and lumpy. The black out curtains were not mounted in such a way to keep the morning light blocked out. Also, we got a lot of noise from the hallway, too. Breakfast was minimal. That being said, the place was clean and the staff was very courteous and thoughtful. It was Christmas Eve, and all the nearby restaurants were closed as were the two gas stations (go figure 9pm and not a single place to get gas or a snack). The staff had anticipated this and had crocks of chili & veggie soup as well as stuff to make ham sandwiches. We will stay here again, but will definitely bring our own pillows.
