Booked a room with a jacuzzi tub just for the jets to be broken. Remote to tv was not there. I paid $120 for the night just for the Jacuzzi jets to be broken. Waste of $$.

Upon arrival front desk clerk looked very unkept. Hair wasn't brushed and looked like she hadn't washed it in days. She had a stained up grey hoody on and a half ate peanut butter sandwich in one hand the entire time she took care of checking us in. She talked with food in her mouth and was not very welcoming. Room temperature was 39 degrees when we walked in turned on heater. It was warmer in hallway so we had to prop our door open to help warm our room quicker. Also in the bathroom we noticed the toilet was lose at base so it rocked back and forth.

My room was not serviced during the three night stay. Asked for fresh towels both nights. The desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Just disappointed that my room was not cleaned.

Worst place ever!
This was awful. Charge me a total of $200 more than I was told at booking. $50 for my dog and then $150 cash deposit. It was so dirty that I had to go buy cleaner before using the tub. No housekeeping or laundry on weekends. Had to buy my own towels to have clean ones. Horrible experience.
