Inside is great. Outside and in entrance area: a lot of construction and improvements being made. Not insurmountable but made for difficult entry to premises. Front doors not working yet. Entry was a bit tricky. Elevators also not all working yet. Finding this Hilton property at night was ridiculous. There was no lit sign across the front area (overhang) saying "Hilton"-- it was just a black mass in the dark-- and we passed it by twice. Looked like an apartment complex. The little signs planted into the grass outside were totally un-seeable in the dark. We had to call the hotel to find out which building was theirs. Parking area also confusing. Tiny signs directing you into hotel. Also easy to miss. Little sign hanging near door leading to hotel. Parking level signage needs improvement. Hard to see and difficult to tell what level was what-- faded numbers on wall, poor signage on the way up. Other than that, the rooms, beds, pillows, shower, all perfect. Nice amenities in the halls: a complimentary coffee/tea machine available at all times. Super clean space. I'm sure once all the improvements are completed this will be a truly wonderful place to stay. Their cafe will be open very soon!

Slammed with $29 "resort fee" that we didn't want, need, or know about. Happy hour was sad, service person grouchy, cleaning up the leftover crumbs 15 minutes before it was over, etc. Maybe nicer after renovations complete.

We were not informed that there was no restaurant. Even upon check in. We went to the Beacon to get dinner and it is a tiny conference room with a make shift bar. Cold microwave premade dinners. And a bartender and waiter that was blatantly doing coke. We also weee told there was complimentary breakfast… went to the same sketchy room and they wanted $18 for an omelette. Nothing except coffee was complimentary. We also booked the room for $179 and was charged over $270. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The bathroom in our room still has hair in the drain from the previous guest.

Not a safe area. Car was broken into while parked over night in the hilton garage. Would not stay again due to this.

The property is very nice, took a little bit to navigate because of the room location vs parking garage. Other than that, all was great.

The staff was very good. Check in was posted as 3:00 but after arriving at 3:00 we were told it was 4:00 and could not check in until 4:00. We came back at 4:00to find a very long line and were did not get into our room until after 5:00. Since we had an event to attend at 7:00, we did not have time to use the pool or exercise room. Only one light in our room worked and it was difficult to see. The bathtub would not drain. Although the attached parking garage posted a max of $8 a day to park, we were charged $16 for the 21 hr period we were parked there. We could have stayed at a much less expensive hotel that was better.
