This property is used for wkly rentals, if not monthly. Amenities were non existence. Did not even have soap in bathroom to wash hands. As far as i am concerned it should be removed from this site

I liked the area it was in. It's close to a lot of things. What I didn't like was that the treadmill in the gym was broken, the only weights were 35 or 45 lbs. I was not told about the complimentary breakfast not did I see a pool. Therefore I didn't get to use any amenities. The room was clean and large but to get to our room, you had to take an elevator. In that hall, it smelled deeply of cigarette smoke. Interesting since it's supposedly a smoke free facility. I probably won't be staying there next time, I will stay at a actual hotel for 2 nights instead of an extended stay hotel. Plus when we checked in, the check in person was continuously coughing, said she was hot and didn't have a mask. She shouldn't have been allowed to work. There was another lady there so...

The hallway and stairs were extremely dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned very well. I wasn't expecting a fancy stay, but I at least expected it to be clean.

It was very dirty from the moment u opened the main door to go upstairs.. our bathroom floor was dirty, the vent in the bathroom had caked on dust, the kitchen floor was dusty and dirty, the shower /tub was dirty as well as the shower curtain

Limited housekeeping

Pros: Definitely the breakfast' the queen size bed were great very comfortable. Tori, she checked us in, she is fast and friendly answered all our questions
We would be out of the hotel by 11am everyday. When we got back housekeeping would replaced the towels but that was all. I had expected more, maybe I should have read what were housekeeping duties. The breakfast was spot on, great job especially with a McDonald next door.

Not really a suite

The beds were slanted downward at the head of the bed. The air conditioning unit leaked. There were ants. Remote control didn't work. The bedroom doors didn't lock due to maybe humidity. Our suite was right over the laundry facility so the room shook when it was running. Not well stocked for bathing supplies. The breakfast room was very small and poorly set up so no one could really move and get to there food. The staff was the best thing about it. They were very nice and helpful. Pool was small but nice.
