I arrived on January 2 and I can understand why the lounge wasn't open. However on January 3, the lounge didn't open until noon.

Salt Lake City is great. People are wonderful. Marriott downtown as always was awesome. Very peaceful and quiet. Staff was professional and helpful. Some provisions for a free warm breakfast would be ideal. Everything was great except for the Travelocity Protection Plan. Seems like this is a money making scheme. Thank you very much.
