The room heating system did not stay at the desired programmed set temperature. Had to get up in the middle of the night to adjust the temperature setting. Then again in the morning once we woke up. The coffee table a corner was broken and is/was considered in my opinion dangerous. If room was occupied by a parent with small children.

The only thing that I was not too impressed with what I needed a hairdryer, and this facility did not have damn in the rooms when almost every other hotels do.

Checked in - all great - went to second floor - all nice - smelled good. Went to dinner - came back and entire second floor STUNK!!! Told the front desk - layed down / bed feels like it has a piece of plywood underneath it - I expected more for my $300

Took nearly three hours for our room to be made ready. Checkin at 3pm; in room about 6pm. Front desk very nice but they have no control over housekeeping...

It's almost like a Twilight Zone scene of how this hotel is Literally lined up back to back on the same street with 4 other hotels. AT 3PM when I tried to check in on 11/19/2021, the front desk girl was RUDE(No greeting, no smile, no hospitality, no respect), INCONSIDERATE, HAD THE WORST ATTITUDE, STOIC, ARGUMENTATIVE, UNHELPFUL, NOT FRIENDLY AND MADE ME FEEL UNWELCOMED. My experience with her was absolutely shocking and unbelievable. Even though my family and I have been guests for over 20 years and especially after this Horrible Incident, I have no regrets affirming that my family and I will Absolutely NEVER check in there again. No guest should ever be treated like this upon arrival. I "Highly" Do Not Suggest This Hotel.👎
