The frontline staff could use a bit of hospitality training. I don't want to hear how they are overwhelmed, overworked, and can't wait to go home. I drove 4 hours in horrible traffic, worked overtime to be able to take a little vacation with my grandkids and I don't want to be made feel as if I'm putting someone out. If no one came to through the door to stay at the hotel you're working at, you wouldn't have a job.
