The staff was extraordinarily accommodating. Very friendly and willing to help in any way. The Bristol suite was comfortable and inviting. The goodie bag and cheese tray was a surprising extra. The parking lot, however, was a disaster. It rained very heavily the whole two days we were there and when we went to get in our car to leave, it was like walking into a flood. There was no way to get to our car without our feet getting soaked. We understand the rain was not the fault of the Hotel, but maybe the parking lot could be worked on? Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay very much.
