Weather questionable - didn't matter!

Pros: the staff from top to bottom could not have been kinder or more efficient.
Cons: A spa
Of course the location is wonderful in a walking city. We were always happy to finish our day with a hotel that exceeds your expectations.

central to Georgetown and the Mall

The service seems a lot less attentive than at other Ritz hotels -- staff seemed pretty busy with what seems to be a lot of business travelers. From the bellmen to the front desk to the concierge...all seemed a bit harried, just going through the motions. Good central location - Georgetown and the Mall are walkable if you're up for some exercise. Overall, a nice stay.

This hotel made me feel alive.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Quiet
I was greeted at every corner. The rooms were just as expected and the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. The complimentary coffee station was well stocked, including "real" hot chocolate and an assortment of teas. The continental breakfast was well worth going back to day after day.
