The hotel and amenities were very good. Comfortable bed, spacious room and easy access to local sights and dining. Room was very clean too. The room was a little old fashioned but comfortable and nothing to complain about. The staff varied from excellent and friendly to inconsistent but reasonably friendly. I asked a waitress at breakfast who was cleaning down a table to show me how to use the coffee machine. I don’t drink coffee but my young Grandson wanted a coffee and I wasn’t sure about making it. She didn’t know how to do it but went off to get someone to show me. She didn’t acknowledge my presence etc. The “ coffee” guy came and put me through my paces. He wasn’t overly friendly either. Both were dutiful………!!!! I appreciate that the staff are busy but “ Service” is important. The breakfast buffet was lovely but needs a little more variety. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again.

We had been double booked somehow after prepaying on Wotif and so there was a fair bit of drama associated with that. The rooms were good value for the price. The staff were very nice.

The hotel is well-located and within walking distance of the harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Unfortunately, the on site dinner restaurant was not serving their regular dinner menu, only bar-type food. There were many restaurants within a short distance, however.
