Can't go wrong

Very comfortable room, coffee downstairs , umbrellas available, superb location, very capable staff, our second stay here.. Good value. Many restaurants, cafes, and shopping just minutes away.. A CTA pass and a Uber app on your phone is all you need to explore Chicago.

Great bed & location, clean & quiet room but dark

Pros: Location, bedding, cleanliness, quiet
Cons: Lighting was poor and view was terrible
Location: Near magnificent mile shopping and the Hancock tower.
We stayed in room 1213, which has a single, king size bed. The room is nicely furnished, but the décor is dark and lighting was limited. Keeping the window shades up for light wasn't a great option because the room opens to an air shaft and there are rooms directly opposite. On the bright side, the hotel is very nicely situated near magnificent mile shopping and a block from the Hancock tower. The bed and bedding were excellent and the room was very quiet. If you are looking for a clean, convenient place to sleep and you aren't planning to hang out in the hotel, this could be a good hotel choice for you.

Hotell med lyxig känsla och hög service

Ett mycket bra hotell med rymliga luftkonditionerade rum. Ett extra beröm ger jag till Tracey i receptionen, som charmade oss (och alla andra gäster) på ett mycket glatt och trevligt sätt. Det finns hotellanställda som öppnar entredörren varje gång man kommer och tar hand om bagaget vid incheckning/utcheckning. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.

Lage super, Hotel nicht ansatzweise

Von diesem Hotel aus kann man wirklich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in nur ein paar Gehminuten erreichen. Millennium Park ist ca.2 km entfernt. Im Hotel gibt es 3 Fahrstühle wobei 2 nur für Gäste ist und davon nur einer fährt und in den 9 Tagen an denen wir da waren, mindestens einmal am Tag ordentlich gefüllt irgendwo stecken blieb. Es gibt weder einen Kühlschrank noch eine Microwelle in dem Zimmer. Zimmer sind super veraltet, der Teppich sowas von versifft und verdreckt.Bettwäsche war durchlöchert oder hatte schon heftige Risse. Decke ist nur in Laken gewickelt und man ekelt sich richtig, wenn man mit der eigentlichen Decke in Berührung kommt. So alt wie das Inventar ist so modern die Minibar..Anfassen verboten, wer anfässt, zahlt direkt. Jeder Snack ist wie in vielen Hotels mit Magneten ausgestattet, etwas angefasst und verschoben schon zählt es als genutzt. Also Vorsicht. Ansonsten hatten wir ein Zimmer zu einer Wand. Fenster waren so verdreckt das man nicht mal ansatzweise raus schauen konnte und die Zimmer sind extrem dunkel und auch die Beleuchtung so alt, dass man Angst hat einen Schlag zu bekommen beim anschalten. Im ganzen Zimmer gibt es nicht eine Steckdose, lediglich 2 im Bad. Geschäfte und Restaurants wie Cheesecake Factory keine 2 Minuten entfernt aber alles in der Nähe des Hotels unverschämt teuer. Etwa 2 km entfernt vom großen Sturm der Menschen gibt es ein günstiges Target, welches die Preise ringsrum um weiten unterschreitet

My Birthday Trip

I traveled alone for my big day and the staff was amazing! Everyone was extremely nice to me. I was updated to a junior suite and it made my trip even better. The bellhops men were awesome and very kind. Mallory And Tracie both welcomed me with open arms. When I come back I will be staying there again. Thank you all!!!!

Beautiful hotel with lack of space

I was there on business and it was a beautiful room to do a photoshoot in. I was disappointed in the fact that it was suite and it was smaller than the suites I've been in. The wifi didn't work at all. Since I'm paying $347.00 for a room I would like to have internet connection. Loved the hotel but think I'll go back to the Westin. I don't think it was worth the money. The bellboy and valet guys were so polite and helpful.

Nice place to stay.. Was it worth the money spent? Depends on what you are staying there for? Other than there being only two elevators and one down for renovations on a weekend.. It was convenient and staff was accommodating!! I would stay again based on location!!
