This is our 3rd time staying at The James and it will be our last. The room was in disrepair with a large cracked hole in the tub and just generally in run down condition. We were woken up repeatedly by loud talking in the room next to us and the hotel staff was less than accommodating when we requested simple things like a bucket of ice. After staying 3 nights we were more than ready to leave.
