Location good; rooms furniture/carpet outdated; no free parking for hotel guests is shameful.

I would like to apologize on behalf of our entire team for the lass than desired stay you had at our hotel. It is typical in Chicago that complimentary parking is not included in the room rate as parking in the city is managed by third parties. I hope this clears up any frustrations you may have. We hope to have to opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
