It was my 1st time staying at this hotel. The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly. He definitely went above and beyond. The hotel lobby had a slight smell like leftover mop bucket water. The room was nice and comfortable. They definitely provided enough pillows and towels as requested, which was great. The tv service kept cutting out so it was pretty difficult to watch movies or shows. Unfortunately the worst part was there was a giant cobweb under the window next to the bed. This just shows me that housekeeping does not do a "deep deep" clean of the rooms. Overall it was a decent hotel stay.

Our room was definitely in need of some TLC (wallpaper was torn/peeling, there was leftover tape on the walls, etc.), but it seemed clean enough. The staff was extremely friendly -- Heather at the breakfast station was very kind (she brought my toddler a ginger ale upon learning she was sick). The housekeeping was a little strange -- they only come every other day (which I guess is standard now in hotels), but they didn't really clean the room. They just left us fresh towels and emptied the trash cans (no vaccuuming, making the bed, etc.). Overall, for the price, it's not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Customer service was great! Rooms are cute but not very clean. There was dust on everything and the bathroom could have used a scrub and a new shower liner there were mystery stains on it.
