Room was not at all clean, the elevator was not working so we have to walk all the way back to get another elevator.

Disappointing stay

Pros: The pool was lovely and the kids had a great time in the pool.
I chose the hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport. What they didn't tell me was that it doesn't start in the morning until 5am. There were cobwebs in the stairwells. A dog urinated in a main hallway near the elevator and the urine was still there in the morning. The hotel had 2 elevators but only one was functioning. The exercise room had 4 different machines and that was it. The hotel appeared to be under renovation, but it also appeared that this renovation had been in progress for a long, long, long time. Hallway carpets needed to be vacuumed. I forgot a toothbrush and they were out of them at the front desk so I was out of luck. For the price I paid, I would have expected much more.

Quick Stay

The room was small but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pros: pretty close to airport, lower price Cons: Small room, Cover to air conditioner kept falling off, noisy windows

Friendly stay

The staff is very kind. Breakfast was very adequate. Typical complimentary breakfast with muffins cereal fruit yogurt coffee juice. Just a friendly professional atmosphere

Hotel, 15 minute drive from O'Hare Airport

Pros: The room was quiet enough.
Location: The location was farther from O'Hare airport than I liked. However, it traversed the distance in the very early morning hours without incident.
The first room I was given had a significant smoke smell. I requested another and was given it, which had no smell.

nice and clean hotel close to the O'Hara airport.

Pros: closeness to the O'Hara airport, shuttle service, friendly staff and breakfast.
Cons: making sure the WFI works in the room. I stayed in room 215 wfi never worked.
Location: There is a mall with a comedy venue about 15 mins. away. Walmart is close by small shopping centers.
all of the staff were really nice. The staff at the hotel always tried to help and make it a comfortable stay. Only problem that I encountered was regarding the WFI. For some reason the WFI did not work in my room but it worked in the lobby. The issue was never resolved. I was just given the run around. Overall, this hotel had a shuttle to O'Hara airport where we could always catch the subway into downtown. All of the staff were so professional and pleasant I would definitely go back and stay at this hotel. Thank you La Quinta Staff for being very nice and accommodating.
