Room and front desk staff were very weak. Arrived at 9pm and waited in line for 10 minutes before being greeted while both employees at the front desk attended to a single customer's simple request with confusion / consternation. Got to the room and it was barely large enough to accommodate the bed. The flat sheet had several dirty shoe prints on it and a large stain. I went back to the front desk to notify them. Again I waited. They offered me a "clean" printout of the invoice because they were under the impression that I meant a piece of copy paper or "sheet" was dirty when I opened with, "Our sheets have dirty footprints on them." The "Queen" bed was too short for both me and my companion (6'1 and 5'7) to sleep comfortably. I measured the bed and it's not a traditional 80" Queen. They have a shorter version (Twin length, not Twin XL) so they can fit it inside the tiny rooms. Also, the air conditioning unit / vent was directly above the bed. It was extremely loud and not even at a consistent pitch--it sounds like a vacuum going back and forth. We couldn't sleep through it and could actually hear these units kicking on in adjacent rooms. We chose to turn it off even though it was 87 degrees outside. Plus, you can hear a pin drop in the hallway because the walls are paper thin. The service person responsible for changing the bed was kind and diligent. He found several more stains on the sheet than we did and apologized. Only saving grace. Reserve at your own risk.
