Booked a room for three through hotels.com. When arriving to the hotel we were told that they had run out of rooms with two beds and could accommodate us in a room with a king bed and they would bring an extra bed to the room while we are away at the city. When we returned from the city around midnight we found that there was no extra bed in our room. The sheets and towels for an extra person had been left on top of the king bed. After returning to the reception I was told that they could not fit an extra bed in to the room and they could relocate one of us to a single person room for the night and then relocate all of us for the next night to a completely different room. Needless to say I was not satisfied with having to gather my belongings and relocate in the middle of the night and again the next day. On top of this one of the towels in the room had dark stains in it and when one of us went to the reception to ask for an extra bathrobe since the room only had one he had to wait nearly half an hour and ask to talk to the manager to finally get one. All in all, decent hotel, great location, but not four star service! Also parking at the hotel is extremely expensive at $69 per night.
