Great getaway

We've stayed at this hotel several times. Love the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff is first rate. The only minor downside is the parking expense.

An oasis in blizzard conditions!

Pros: Convenient location for late night arrivals to O'Hare airport. Right off the freeway.
Cons: Keep up the good work!
Last stayed here right in the middle of a blizzard. I knew I'd be arriving in the middle of the clean up, but the staff worked so hard to clear the access points and parking lot. It was a huge effort to quickly make it nice for guests. Great job, Marriott staff!

Newly updated rooms were comfortable, affordable, good access to EL

We stayed in one of the newly updated rooms, which was very nice (no fridge or microwave though). The main entrance and lobby are undergoing construction, and were closed, so it was a little strange to check in. However there were plenty of friendly staff to direct you to the appropriate location. Good access (walking distance) to the EL and free and very convenient shuttle service to and from O'Hare meant that we did not have to rent a car which was perfect for our needs. overall we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay.

Close to airport and transit

The primary reason I booked this hotel was because it was close a transit station and had a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was nice. I used the outdoor pool and it was nice, but the indoor pool was closed for renovations. The staff was friendly. There was a fence put up for the construction with a coded gate entry pad, but the front desk gave me the key code when I asked them about the metro during check in. There are some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a 24 hour grocery store as well. Good value for people flying in to visit Chicago since its not that far from the airport and right by the L and only a 20-30 minute train ride to downtown. If I drove I may have been turned off by the high daily parking charges.
