No hair dryer in the room and the front desk did not have another to bring me, but I have learned to always pack my own. I did have to go back out, with snow on the ground, to my car to retrieve my own hair dryer.

The fitness room had a broken machine, they had just varnished wood and it stunk in the whole hotel. I forgot something and they did not have a replacement. A cleaning person knocked on My door 1 hour and 15 minutes before checkout to see if I was here because they wanted to clean the room. Terrible experience!!
