The elevator is located at the end of the building and there are three stairwells.

Absolutely horrible experience. The hotel was dirty, and backed up to an overpass.....I booked 2 nights and paid a fortune. We ended up not even staying the second night and they told us we could not get a refund. You could literally see directly into our room since the was a huge gap in the window drapes. The staff was unhelpful, and I would never stay here ever again.

Clean but tired furnishings. Loud from heat and unknown noises and from highway next door. Ice cold eggs and out of date yogurt.

The hotel has undergone many renovations and improvements within the past 5 years. The guest has the choice of choosing the highway or bay side rooms. Our breakfast selections are always monitored by the staff for quality and taste.

Clean, friendly staff and great location. Close to several good seafood restaurants and the cross-island bike trail.

Front desk person barely said 1 word to me. Apparently did not want to be there… or had no hospitality training. Stayed here about 8 times over the past 16 years. Consistently ok.
