Clean, quiet. Friendly staff . We were here for Busch Gardens and Water Country USA. Perfect place to sleep in between. Cozy.

Pretty standard, basic hotel stay. Front desk staff were very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast options were typical (nothing great but nothing too terrible either). Beds were comfortable. Overall, however, the property is very tired and in desperate need of some remodeling and updating (broken tiles in bathroom, broken furniture, shower head coming loose at the connection with the wall, toilet seat was only partly attached to the toilet). There was also a huge corner of the room that was completely empty, and the room could have definitely benefitted from a couple of occasional chairs there (the only seating in the entire 2 Queen beds room was a single rolling desk chair).
